Joran van der Sloot admits to killing Alabama teen Natalee Holloway – but her body will never be found, judge says vanished in Aruba, the man long suspected in her dying has confessed to killing the Alabama teenager in grisly detail, courtroom files reveal.

Joran van der Sloot’s confession was publicized shortly after he pleaded responsible in a federal court docket Wednesday to extorting and defrauding Holloway’s family.

He was accused of seeking to sell statistics approximately the area of Holloway’s remains to her mom, Beth Holloway, in exchange for $250,000.

He became accused of trying to promote statistics approximately the area of Holloway’s stays to her mom, Beth Holloway, in an alternate for $250,000.

“It’s over. Joran van der Sloot is not the suspect in my daughter’s murder. He is the killer,” Beth Holloway said Wednesday.

“After 18 years, Natalee’s case is solved,” she stated. “He gave a proffer in which he eventually confessed to killing Natalee.”

In a proffer, a defendant gives records they understand about a crime, regularly as a part of a plea deal.

Van der Sloot, 36, admitted to killing the teen with a cinder block on an Aruban seashore after she rejected his sexual advances, in keeping with a transcript of an interview together with his attorney.

Van der Sloot said Holloway kneed him inside the crotch after he tried “feeling her up,” and he replied by kicking her in the face and bludgeoning her with the cinder block.

He then decided to “push her off” into the sea, consistent with the interview transcript.

Holloway’s body has in no way been observed. In 2012, an Alabama judge signed an order maintaining her legally useless.

The deaths of Holloway in 2005 and Stephany Flores, a Peruvian female, in 2010 – whom van der Sloot previously admitted to killing – caused Judge Anna Manasco to sentence van der Sloot to twenty years on the federal charges.

“I even have taken into consideration your confession to the brutal homicide of Natalee Holloway,” Manasco said Wednesday.

“You have brutally murdered, in separate incidents years apart, beautiful girls who refused your sexual advances.”

After reading van der Sloot’s proffer, the judge said Holloway’s body might by no means be observed.
